Seussical: The Musical

Looking for something for the whole family to do this Easter? Looking for a night out to remember? How about this…An elephant who talks to microscopic people facing their doom on a dust speck…a sultry bird who refuses to sit on her egg, another bird with a one–feather failing to impress the love of her life, monkeys with an attitude, and a Cat in a Hat who threads the whole thing together…Sounds Crazy? Good! Because it is! Masquerade are offering the Maltese public SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL…the highlight of this year’s theatre season. With the amount of heavy topics dominating the local drama scene, SEUSSICAL is most certainly a breath of fresh air.

Based on the works of the world-famous Dr. Seuss, it’s a fast-paced, zany fun-fest featuring rousing song and dance numbers and some of Malta’s top performers. SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL is the ideal family treat over Easter. Forget the Figoli, this is not what the kids really want this Easter. Take them to SEUSSICAL and they’ll be nuts about theatre for life! But NO WAY is SEUSSICAL just for children! Adults take away so much from this show, a musical that truly works on different levels and makes sure that you leave the theatre filled to the brim with positive vibes!

Directing the whole show is anthony bezzina who is very proud to be working with a great artistic team made up of Andy Reiss as musical director, Alison White as choreographer, Peter Howitt as set designer, Ernest Camilleri as costume designer and Christian Mifsud as stage manager.
