A View from the Bridge

Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge is reimagined in a striking new production by Teatru Manoel and Masquerade Malta, directed by Jean-Marc Cafa'. With its stripped-back setting, this version distils the play to its raw emotional core—unspoken desires, fractured loyalties, and the quiet unravelling of a close-knit world.

The production stars Isabel Warrington as Beatrice, Peter Galea as Eddie, and Mikhail Basmadjian as the lawyer Alfieri.

Staged at the historic Teatru Manoel, this intense and emotionally charged drama promises a compelling theatrical experience; as the lines blur between duty and longing, justice and retribution, Miller’s tragedy finds fresh urgency in a society grappling with shifting identities and unseen divides.
