Matthew Cilia

Matthew Cilia has been dancing for around 6 years. He has practiced multiple styles of dance but mainly focused on contemporary, street dance and ballet. His training has led me to do the dance studies course at the University of Malta, which he has graduated this year. He has worked with choreographers Lucia Piquero Alvarez and Joy Ritter as well as having taken workshops with dancers and choreographers from different backgrounds and nationalities. Throughout his degree and collaborations, Matthew has developed an interest in isolated movements in the body to give animated effects as you would see in cartoons.
