MASQUERADE THEATRE COMPANY

After more than 25 years working in various aspects of theatre in Malta, in 1997 anthony bezzina launched his own theatrical company, MASQUERADE.

Although still relatively young, this innovative company already has a formidable body of work under its belt. This includes comedies, musicals and classic plays.

Masquerade normally stages its productions at Malta’s National Theatre – The Manoel Theatre, and at St. James Cavalier Centre for Creativity, both in Valletta.

Masquerade Theatre Company was set up:
To promote theatre and culture in Malta
To produce high-quality theatre
To offer exchanges with foreign companies
To promote cultural tourism

Masquerade also runs a casting agency providing actors for local and foreign commercials and films.

Masquerade is a company with a young but rich history and some notable achievements.
