Operations Assistant (full time)
The operations assistant will help the operations staff perform general office duties and tasks including data processing and record maintenance, invoicing and receipting, dealing with client needs, etc.
Receptionist / Office Clerk (part time)
Providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist / office clerk will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, directing visitors and giving instructions, filing, data processing and record maintenance, issuing receipts, scanning and photocopying, envelope stuffing and mailing, message delivery, running errands, and more.
Candidates for either position must be organised and dependable, fluent in English, computer literate, capable of handling public relations and is able to work flexible hours.
